Chouilly Grand Cru – Le nord

This champagne comes exclusively from our vines in Chouilly and reflects the exceptional character of this village combined with the hallmark Mandois style.
A light golden hue follows the formation of fine bubbles. The pretty floral nose develops aromas of white fruit and violet.
The palate is very subtle and delicate with light notes of citrus fruit and mirabelle plum. The finish shows the almost infinite length typical of the Grand Cru.

Vertus Premier Cru – Le sud

Our finest vines growing in the heart of Vertus are used in the composition of this champagne that reflects this area’s finest and most typical terroir.
The bubbles are light and the nose is instantly fruity with hints of gingerbread, revealing a lovely maturity.
The palate is extremely luscious and expresses the richness of this terroir which produces almost perfect wines.
